Your blood pressure will drop slightly and you may have feelings of light headedness!. I don't know if you are talking about the "patient" that lost the blood of the person "donating" the blood!.

I'm assuming you are talking about the "donor"!. If so, eat something like cheese and crackers and drink juice/milk!. Your body replaces blood within 24 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think there is anything special you should do, although the amount you have donated is more than the usual donation (which is about 400 - 450 ml)!. But the doctor who took the blood should have been able to let you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
