Question: What is a natural way to help me fall asleep at night!?
Lately, i've been having trouble going to sleep at night!. I'm not tired, so I stay up later, sometimes up to 2:00 a!.m!. Finally when I get the slight hint of drowsiness I go to bed, and lie awake for what seems like an eternity!.
What are some methods that can help me fall asleep!?
I have taken melantonin, I've drunk warm milk, and counted sheep!.

You can fall asleep faster a number of ways!. However, they all require you being in bed before 2 am!.

I used to have that problem in high school, and sometimes I still do!. A lot of people have trouble getting to sleep because they are too tense!. My therapist taught me a little trick to help me out with it!. First off, you need to force yourself to lay down at a reasonable time!. Then, as you're laying there, try to relax different parts of your body!. You can start at your feet and move up, until you've relaxed every part of your body!.
It may be difficult and you might feel like you're not good at it at first, sometimes it just takes a little practice to get better at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Valerian works well for me!. It comes in pills, teas, and oils that you smell!. It's sold at pharmacies, natural food stores and zen shops!. It's natural and it's not actually a sleep aid!. But it's for relaxation!. It calms me down enough so that I can lie in bed and I won't be restless or think too much!. But talk to your pharmacist first!!! Make sure it doesn't react with anything else you might be taking!. Hope this works for you!. :)

You must change your bedsheet into a good and comfortable very soft bedsheet and comforter,is your room well ventilated!?if its hot buy some aircon,have a warm bath and sex your partner,put some scented candle near your side table and if you felt very relax,you can sleep well!.dont lose hope its just a common experience to a peron who have a lot of responsibility!.when you feel very comfortable and relax you can sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
I would say, that you should just go to sleep when you feel tired!. Don't force it!. Don't read or do anything exciting in bed!.

Well just lay in bed and roll your eyes back in your head for 10 seconds!. And keep doing, it may hurt after a while, but it works!.
And if that doesn't work then buy those 'glow in the dark' stars!. Put them on your ceiling and count them or just look for different shapes and sizes!.
And make sure all your curtains are shut really tight were its pitch black and just buy a fan and put it on meduim or high mode!.That way you cant hear anything!.Like cars or trains!.
But another reason may be because too much stress or bills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go out and get exhausted!. Stop playing video games!. Jog or something early in the morning!. It releases endorphins and puts you in a good mood for the day!. Make sure you're active for a good bit of the day!. You will be tired earlier!. And its HEALTHY for you!. :D:D:D:D you can be hott too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
