Just because you can walk on it doesnt mean it isnt broken!. You said it happened today so go to the ER and get it checked out immediately!. Or if you are truly against seeing a doctor then ice it for 20minutes every hour, DO NOT walk on it, make sure it is elavated AT LEAST above your heart level, and wrap it in some form of ace bandage or compression wrap!. Even if it isnt broken you should see a doctor anyway because they will give you stuff for a sprain and depending on severity you may need crutches which your insurance may cover if the doctor says you need them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can still walk on a broken bone, btw!.!. so it may be broken!.

The best way to get it better is R!.I!.C!.E = Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation!.

So stay off of it, Ice it (you can put your foot in an ice bath and alternate hot-cold-hot-cold!.!.), use an ACE bandage to support it or tape it, if you know how, and keep it elevated!.

You can go to physical therapy where they can use ultra sound on it, or interferential!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do NOT move it!. Make a splint with some wood and gauze or something!. Do NOT walk on it!.

Go to the DR ASAP- Just because you can walk on it does not mean it's not broken! You can have a broken bone for days/weeks without even knowing!.

It could be a dislocated socket!. You really dont know until you get an x-ray!. Go to the ER and they will check it out, and give you pain pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do NOT move it!. Make a splint with some wood and gauze or something!. Do NOT walk on it!. Take It The Docter cUZ IT COULD STILL BE BROKEN AND IF UR ON IT ITS JUST MAKING IT WORSEWww@Answer-Health@Com
