Sleeping problems....?!


Question: Sleeping problems!.!.!.!.!?
hello,

2 days ago i made the mistake execerciseing at 10:00 pm!. and when i tried to fall asleep around 11:00 i couldnt!. i was told that when you work out in the night you are still pumped up and cant go to sleep!. so the next day i did not excercise at all and tried to fall asleep (i even drank some NyQuil to put me to sleep) but it did not work!. however i am lucky enough to get 5 hours a day of sleep for just these two days that happened!. Before this has happened to me iv'e been sleeping perfectly fine!.(thank goodness!!) just my luck summer had just arrived here in california so i have been sweating alot lately at night!. i would like to know if theres anything that you guys can help me in!. please i need help right away i would love to go to sleep again peacefullyWww@Answer-Health@Com

You'll be fine!.Just don't work out before bed time!.Bad thing to do!.Heck i wish i can sleep a full 8 hours but only get 4-5 a night for the passed 2 years!.Try a nice warm bath before bed!.Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well your health shouldn't be too affected after only missing two days of sleep!. I might try do something relaxing before you go to bed like read!. Its important to not get really worried right before you go to sleep!. I often find when I 'm stressed out I often have trouble going to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
