Answers:
Common problem that is hard to resolve!.
I understand this issue completely :)
Panic attacks freak your mind out and you truly believe you are having a heart attack or body pains or breathing problems or vision issues - it can manifest in so many ways!.
Okay firstly avoid the computer at least 4 hours before going to bed - it stimulates the mind too much!.
Get some exercise in the evening!. It can be a 1 hour walk or gym or whatever about 3 hours before going to bed!.
Avoid coffee in the evenings also!.
You can take rescue remedy or a sleeping pill!.
Taking aspirin in conjunction is fine however if you really do have a heart problem you would be taking mini-aspirin 70mg daily and you would have been to your doctor for an ECG which would show up any problems even if you had a heart attack days before!. I am fairly certain its panic attack rather than heart attack!.
Most importantly you need to convince yourself that your mind is tricking you into thinking there are problems!.
Try and induce a dream when lying in bed - make up something in your head and follow the story!.
Some people watch CNN for an hour in bed!.!. once it starts to repeat you are fast asleep : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
