Easy ways to go to sleep fast?!


Question: Easy ways to go to sleep fast!?
I am a preteen and i usually fall asleep around 3 and wake up at nine and stay up for an hour and fall back asleep until 2!.My mom leaves for work at 9 so thats why she isnt doing anyting about it!.I ahve softball and lacrosse and stuff so i cant stay up late!.This just started happening 2 weeks ago when summer startedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Read a very thick, super boring book! You can also try dabbing a few drops of lavender essential oil (provided you're not allergic to such things) on your pillow!. Listen to some soothing music!.!.!.it may help!.

You are a teenager,usually you are hyperactive!.One thing I can advise you is be engaged in sport then rest for a while have a warm bath,nourish yourself for foods and drinks,when you became fresh and your stomach is full and your energy is consumed you can sleep very good and still you become more healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try reading books!. I always find that those put me right to bed!. If that's too general, read the Old Testament of the Bible!. Try it tonight!. Turn off the computer and your cell!. 10 minutes you'll be out!. Come back tomorrow and flag this as the best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

rofl the same thing has been happening to me! Well first off don't TRY to go to sleep!. The harder you try the harder it is for you to sleep!. Just plain out sleep!. Think of things while your just laying there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is happining to me right now acctually and what i try to do is go to sleep 30 min earlier than the last night it worked for me so GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com
