Get an exam with your doc ASAP, it's not normal for this to happen!. How old are you!? I can't diagnose you, even if we were not talking over the internet I couldn't do that, but it could be a cyst, infection or worst case, cancer!. Or it could just be ideopathic swelling!.!.!. (Swollen for an unknown cause) Does it hurt anywhere else but your testicles!? Speaking of which- are they the normal size and colour!? Not swollen or shrunken I mean!. Is there blood in your stool!?
