How to make a cold worse?!

Question: How to make a cold worse!?
Okay!. This Friday, I have to do this cheerleading assembly!. I did not even WANT to join cheerleading for gods sake!. The only reason why I did it was because my friend said that she would join rugby with me if I did cheerleading with her!. Now, rugby was cancelled from school 2 weeks after it started because our coack was too 'busy' (but I still do it on Sundays)!. So my friend stopped coming!.

But she insisted I came to cheerleading still!. Now we have to do this whole big assmebly thing in front of the WHOLE SCHOOL!!!

I really do not want to do this!. I would rather crawl into a corner and die!.

I have already got a slight cold!.!.!. is there any way to make it worse or even better!.!.!. fake sick!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well, I probably shouldn't be doing this, but I'll bite ;)

****To make your cold slightly worse-

1!. Okay so, everyone knows that milk makes a cold or flu ten times worse, though it's temporary!. It makes you more congested!.
2!. Don't eat fruit- it contains vitamin C which boosts your immune system!. Though the effects will certainly not be immediate, there may be a gradual (But only SLIGHT) decline in your ability to fight off the cold!.
3!.Try not to sleep, it makes you look bad anyway, but again, decline in immune strength!.
4!. Dehydration makes you look and feel sicker, but please, PLEASE don't go more than three days without water- it can KILL you!

****Another alternative is to fake it :)

1!. To look feverish you can use makeup- pale foundation/ powder and brown eye shadow around your eyes makes you look like your eyes are sunken in and you are very pale, which makes people think you're very sick!.
2!. You could rub the bottom of your eyes with soaked hands to make them red (Toothpaste is also efficient, just don't get it in your eyes XD), and rub your forehead and cheeks to make them feel warm to the touch!. Also put on a lot of blush for red, flushed cheeks ;)
3!. I find running to the bathroom and pretending to throw up helps, or you could actually make yourself vomit!.!.!. I wouldn't though- it damages the tissues in your esophogus!.
4!. Lick your hands to make them feel clammy ;)

Good luck!

Oh and one more thing you could try- Just tell your friend that you really don't want to go!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you just say: No, i refuse to do it, who cares what they say, you should be able to do what you like not what other people want you to do especially if u don't want to do it, but if you wanna fake sick, drink a whole bottle of water, eat something like a sandwich and stick your fingers down your throat, you'll vomit everywhere and it wont look to nice, then they'll believe you, or even better, go to school and do it, u might get so nervous just before you do it that you vomit anyway and you wont have to do it!.

Hope this is helpful
