Elbow Soreness Question!?!

Question: Elbow Soreness Question!!?
OK!. I was pitching the other day on 2 days rest (i threw about 95 pitches the previous game and about 80 pitches the 2nd game)!. Now, my elbow is killin me! The positioning of it can be described as: (right hand) when i extend my arm (palm up), it is the right side of my elbow so i guess you consider it the outter elbow!? But anyway, I am wondering if it is going to settle down or if this is going to be a lingering injury (because I am supposed to try out for the U-17 World Series which is soon!. If anyone has any clue please let me know and how do i treat whatever it is!? If you need to talk to me 1st hand IM me on Yahoo Instant Messenger at: JobaTheHut62!. Thanks and please let me know!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may need to go see a physio or sports therapist if the pain persists!.

In the meantime apply the RICER regime, RICER stand for Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation, and then obtaining a Referral from a qualified sports doctor or physiotherapist!. This treatment needs to continue for at least 48 to 72 hours!.

Also its important to stretch correctly before your games, I have included a link to a great website that outline specific stretches for Baseball:
