Question: I've pulled lots of muscles in body, what can i do make them not ache!?
I've pulled muscles in my chest, triceps, calfs and a bit in the tummy!. Im expected to play a football match in about 4 hours :/
What can i do make my muscles easier to move and not hurt so much!. I obviusly still can move, just want it to be easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
