How can I wake up better in the morning?!


Question: How can I wake up better in the morning!?
Ok here is my problem!. I always set my alarm for a time in the morning and end up pressing snooze for maybe a half hour or more!. I don't even realize I am doing it!.!.!.I just press snooze while being asleep without waking up!. Eventually I will wake up and discover that I have slept in an hour! Argh it's really annoying! So any suggestions that will help me actually wake up on time without me pressing snooze a bunch of times without even realizing it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep two alarms!. The first one you can snooze a little while, and then the second one you put on the other side of the room as a "last minute" alarm!. It works great for me!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

jump out of bed and start singing a song while you make your bed!. it is ridiculous for roomates but works well if you live alone!. also you can jump down onto the floor and immediately do some situps and pushups, this will wake you up by the time you are done counting to 15 or so!. sometimes i bribe myself with a good breakfast, though im not sure if that is the healthiest way to do it!. I also smoke in the morning so i dont smoke my first cigarette until ive done so many things: make my bed, eat, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try going to sleep between an hour and thirty minutes earlier!. Whatever time you choose make that your regular bed time!.

Buy three alarm clock and set each 2 minutes apart!. Put one next to you, one in the closet and one under the bed where you cannot reach it unless you get on your hands and knees to reach it!.

Then, make up your bed as soon as you turn them all off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

turn it up full blast and put it some where you cant reach it or on the other side of the room!. I dough that you're gonna not wake up walk across the room and press snooze then go back to bead! lol
But if you do, do that I would say put it in a lock box with holes lol and have a lock and a combination!. Now if you can remember the combination in you're sleep, you've got talent lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have a window faced at the sun, or at least close to it!? I always open my roller blinds a little just to see a daylight in the morning!. That helps me to wake up normally!. And maybe you should get the alarm away from the bed (out of your hand reach)!. So when it rings, you have to stand up and turn it off!. Then you are awake, but don't get back to bed!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if the alarm/phone/whatever is in arms reach of you while you are in bed, it is too close! place it on the floor/cupboard/ chair on the opposite side of your room, it works for me, i had the same problem!

listen to music
set ur alarm clock to like 20 min!. before you have to get up so then u can just lay in bed (that's what i do te hehe)Www@Answer-Health@Com

simple! put the alarm clock across the room from you so you have to get out of bed to turn it off!. that's what i do and it works great for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Move your alarm clock to the other side of the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off!. Did wonders for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

set the clock a few minutes ((or maybe evn an hour)) fast so u can hit the snooze as many times as u want w-o realizing it!.!.!.so wen its time to get up for real u will be partially awokeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Set it an hour behind then u will wake up at the right time and it seems like u stole some sleep i do it all the time!. Ur still sleepn the same but for some reasin u feel so much betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

The indians used to drink ALOT of water when they needed to get up earlier the next morning for a hunt!.

Hide ur clock where u can hear it but cant touch it!. I have the same problem!. I have to use 2 alarms O!.oWww@Answer-Health@Com
