Serious rug burn and clear ooze?!

I was in a lacrosse game and i went for a dodge and slip on the dirt,sliding my left leg on the grass/dirt!. Now there is a clear ooze that comes from a skin puncture (not bleeding just reddish mark) !. The other marks of my leg have been already scabbed up!. This happened yesterday!. I don't know what should work better: Neosporin or Hydrogen peroxide!. And what is my leg doing and how long will the oozing go on for until it will stop and scab!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
