Question: How often can I eat chocolate and other sweets without gaining weight in fat!?
I am 18 years old, male, 5'10", 136 lbs, and I get around 1-2 hours of moderate/intense physical activity each day!. I am starting to crave sweets and am wondering how often can I eat chocolate and other sweets without gaining weight in fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat dark chocolate with a higher cocoa content because the milk ones with only like 30% are filled with junk!.
besides, you dont sound the tiniest bit fat to me at all!.
just eat sweets i moderation but just dont go mad cuz then you will gain weight!.

just dont eat a ton, its all about moderation, u dont have to give up chocolate just eat 1 serving a day tops, like half a candy bar everyday, it wont make u fat if u continue to exercise and eat healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
