Question: What are your cigarette cravings like!?
Usually when I crave a smoke I feel a surge of adrenaline!. It feels like I have butterflies in my stomach mixed with a bit of anxiety!.

It depends!. When I haven't had a cigarette for a while, and see someone else smoking, I have the same feeling as you described!. Otherwise I just feel the urge to smoke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I get the same feeling, but for more reasons than cravings -- I get it from feeling guilty because I hide my smoking from my family :-\ Usually I just feel nervous about it when I'm about to smoke a cigarette because I'm not sure if the people around me will be annoyed by the smell!.
When I'm craving one really bad I just either get a headache or feel totally restless all day long, like I'm crawling out of my skin!. Or I start craving gum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get like that a lot! EVERYDAY! Everybody is different with cigarettes!. They really get to a person!. BIG TIME! =/ It's so hard for a lot of people to quit! When I don't have any cigarettes and I see a person with one, it's like, "Give it to me!"Www@Answer-Health@Com
