Question: How do i get over my fear of needles!.!.!.!?
please help! i think i have to get a shot soon and im soooooo scared!

be sure to be the first on to enter and keep your eyes closed, and tell the doctors to not show you the needle and when you feel the pinch just don't move and think in happy things IT REALLY WORKS, also the pinch last like 2 seconds
if it is in the forearm keep looking at the opposite way you'll get the needle, and if it is in the buttocks be relaxed as you can
i had some recent shot in my school and it works just don't think about it :)
