It could be a number of things!. Does it get better or worse with movement/staying still!? Does it go anywhere!? Do you feel anything out of the ordinary in that area!? How are your bowel movements!? Still have your appendix!?

How long has this been going on!? Has it been a couple of hours/days/weeks/months!? Do you have a fever/chills!? Is the pain in lower right abdomen!? Can you feel pain in the area right under sternum as well!? Worst case could be appendicitis!. I'm assuming you are female (like epriod cramps comment)!.!.!. In the area of ovaries!?
