Answers:
this could be a few things that i know of!.
you could have low blood pressure!. (or low blood sugar)
but that would only explain the standing up and laying down parts of it!.!.
i would guess you have something wrong with your ears!.
you should go see an ear nose and throat specialist!.
they will check you for an infection in your ears!. this is REALLY common and seems to happen to alot of people!.

if it becomes too severe, they will sent you to both a neurologist, and a cardiologist!.
the will check you for a heart murmer!. (hole in your heart)
and for a brain tumor!.
i went through all of this!.
it turns out i have a heart murmer!.
i hope this helps!

it could also just be that you have water logged ears if you've recently been swimming!.

if you get shakey with all of this, i would assume its just blood sugar!.
try eating a few things high in sugar!.!. followed by a slice of bread or a plate of pasta!.
for the sugar things, i would probably eat a candy bar, or a bowl of ice cream!. then the bread or pasta!

i really hope this helps you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
