Both conditions can cause your knee to produce too much fluid, which can lead to a Baker's cyst!. Up to one in five people with other knee problems may develop a Baker's cyst!. Put the knee up with an ice bag and take some Aleve!. Refrain from over excertion while swimming untill the problem goes away!. If you get a sack of fluid buildup behind the knee then the doctor will have to drain it!. Go see the doctor if the pain persists!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
