Answers:
Since when do swimming pools drive!?

Who ever DID run over him has to have the insurance!.
Seek medical attention NOW!.

If he must pay out of pocket for some reason, Well it does SUCK,
But he'd have to buy another ice cream cone if he had dropped it in the swimming pool!.
Same difference on medical care!.
Ya gotta pay for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Who was driving the swimming pool!? Have the swimming pool driver pay the damages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you cannot contact the person responsible for the accident, or if your brother is to blame for the accident, you're liable for all medical fees!. There's no way out unless you can find another person to blame!.

I would highly recommend that call or schedule an appointment with a doctor of some sort, but I know how expensive that can be, and many people don't have the money!.

The next best thing you can do is to call the appropriate type of medical physician and ask him if he would be able to quickly give you some advice on the matter for free!. If he/they decline, you can assume the world is working as it always has!.

If all else fails, find four of the straightest sticks/planks of wood that you can, have them cut or broken to the same length as the (patient's**) leg from his foot to his hip, and find something like a thin rope, long piece of torn cloth, or whatever you can that won't cut into his leg if tied tightly!. Now, fasten two pieces of whatever type of stick/plank/etc you got to either side of his leg, but do NOT put anything on the top or bottom!. (In other words, leave the knee cap and the back of the leg some room to breath!.)

Make sure you wrap the fastening material very tightly, and make sure he's not able to easily move his leg!. That's the point of this; to make sure it's not moving any, even in sleep!.

Now, if you can't afford the hospital (who can, anyway!?), you probably won't be able to afford pain medications!. First, make sure he's laying down straight, at no angle!. Second, if you live in a medium-large area, it should be very easy to find "MSM" (in capsule or powder/crystal form) products!. If not, you may still find some in the medical sections of your local stores, any healthfood stores, etc!. Just ask around!. Take 2-3 times more than is directed, unless it has ingredients that are dangerous (!.!.!. you never know!)!. This will keep swelling way down, and it basically only has one side effect; Gas!.

The MSM will keep swelling down, promote bone, cartilage, and soft tissue production!. This is because it has such an enormously positive effect on the human nervous system!. Because it does, you can also expect some decent pain reduction!. Now, this is all best case scenario OF the WORST case scenario, so let's hope you find some!. : ) (By the way, it's a type of sulfur compound that's sold as a natural remedy, but a lot of doctors are using it now, so you may be able to find it near pharmacies as a non-over-the-counter medication!.)

Assuming that both breaks were fairly clean and there's not a lot of bone and stuff floating around, your brother should be fine!.!.!. but it'll take time!. He may be bed-ridden for up to a year without proper medical attention, but hopefully they're not in such bad condition that they can't heal naturally!. Either way, give it a month, check the swelling on it and compare it to when it first happened!. If it's better, your situation's not looking quite as grim!. If it's WORSE, or if you can actually see bone sticking out or anything that makes you want to go "eeeuuhh!.!.!.", you'll have basically no other option; you'll have to see a doctor, one way or another!.

Good luck! : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
