Question: What to do!? my stomach & back always hurt when i go to bed!.!?
sometimes my stomach and back hurt all throughout the day; other times i am fine until i go to bed and shots of pain go through my stomach and back and last to the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should see a doctor!.
But my guess would be that there is something troubling you!. And nerves has you all wound up at night where you don't get a good nights sleep!. If you are suffering from Anxiety, muscles will constrict, even without your knowledge of it doing so!. This usually starts in the stomach and back and then will leads to limbs!. These symptoms will usually compound as you become more nervous of the symptoms you are having without a diagnosis!.
I would try breathing exercises you try to calm your nerves!.
If tests from your doctor comes back as looking normal and suggest that it may be nerves!. You should probably trust him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
