Throat problems???!

Ok, for about a month now I've been having serious throat problems!! At all times there feels like there is a lump in my throat, and just recently I've had trouble breathing and it's starting to get really sore!! I have difficulty talking and singing because when I start to talk or sing the "lump" feels like it's getting larger!! I went to my doctor and he said I had acid reflux, so I've been taking medications for about two weeks now, but I havn't gotten any better!! Could it be something serious!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
