Answers:
I haven't been able to sleep recently because I have a lot on my mind!. It could be that your sleeping pattern is off!. The best thing you can do is clear your mind!.
And get up earlier so you can go to bed earlier!.

You can try to do some yoga!.
Or some deep breathing excersizes!.

While your sleeping tonight!.

Just breathe and concentrate on the flow of your breathing!.
You'll find yourself sleeping in no time!.

Or maybe you aren't getting enough activity through the day to go to sleep!?

Or maybe your having too much caffeine or sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid:
Antidepressants, caffeine, smoking, eating before bedtime(when your body is trying to digest food, it is more difficult to sleep!.(Your body needs at least 3 hours after a meal to digestion)!. Use stress reduction measures if something is bothering you!.)
Strenuous exercise overloading your body keeps you awake too!.
Therapeutic baths that can soothe you from stress and overworking or overplaying and calm you down so you can sleep!. Throw in a capful of lavender, chamomile, or patchouli essential oil and enjoy!.
Calming music is found to sooth the brain waves, like Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, and Corelli!. Record the largo or adaggio movements from their baroque compositions and play them before bedtime!.
Avoid: Alcohol, caffeine, sugary foods!.
Focus on: Biotin!. A biotin deficiency can lead to insomnia!. To ward off sleep problems, eat more brewer's nutritional yeast, cooked eggs yolks, poultry, saltwater fish, soybeans, and whole grains!.
Calcium may aid sleep and rest too!.
Folic acid, magnesium, melatonin-rich foods like bananas, cucumber, beets, and rice contain melatonin, an antioxidant that protects tissues and aids in sleep!. Fill up on one or two of these foods at dinner!.
Tryptophan-rich foods is a building block of protein necessary for the production of vitamin B3 (niacin) It is used by the brain to produce serotonin, a neurotransmitter that transfers nerve impulses from cell to cell and is responsible for sleep!. Foods rich in tryptophan include brown rice, cottage chees, turkey, peanuts, and soy proteins!.

Try these out for a month and you'll see a 100% change!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't try to sleep to hard!. That just seems to push sleep further away!. From maybe around 9:45, lie in bed comfortably and listen to some soft music and read something!. Don't read any thrillers or books of that sort!. Read some classic or books like PG Wodehouse, Richard Gordon, Alexander McCall Smith etc!. Switch off the lights and try to sleep by around 10!. If you can't sleep in around 20-30 min, try reading something again!. You could also try hot milk!.

Also, try not to get into any long conversation before you sleep and try not to watch much tv either before you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Had same prob!. You need to stop worrying about this issue because if you're relaxed, you'll fall asleep naturally and easily!. Make sure the room temp is good, go to the bathroom first, i you're thirsty have a glass of water ready, stop looking at the clock, just relax!. You can even read a book, it might help!. it may take a few days but as long as you relax, you will fall asleep easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
