Question: I have bad Sinus Pain on left side of face, cold like symptoms&sore throat!?
just took paracetamol, but can't take sudafed for sinus as get bad reaction to Phenylephrine, any suggestions would be appreciated for sinus pain!. Also feel drained&no energy!. Appreciate answers&thank you!. Do suffer with hayfever so could it be connected!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello!. Sorry you're feeling poorly!. I'm prone to sinus infections, which can be very similar!. Although yours might just be a severe case of hayfever!. If symptoms persist, you will have to see a doctor!. Often a bad case of hayfever can turn into a sinus infection which usually means antibiotics!.
Drink hot tea with lemon and honey, if you like!. Try to keep the dairy products down to a minimum while feeling this way!. They can increase congestion!. I also take Golden Seal!. It's a natural supplement that helps with sinus issues!. It can be expensive though!. So take hot baths, lots of warmth from food and lay in bed elevated and perhaps on the opposite side!.
