Question: I need to start going to bed eairler!?
i just dont get tired till like 5am everymorning and i wake up at 1 everyafternoon even that one time i got woken up at 11 i still wasent tired till 5 i want to go to bed eairler and i want to wake up eairler how though i tried like everythingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to bed at 5 am like you normally do, but set your alarm for the time you'd like to start getting up (e!.g!. 7 am, 8 am!.!.!.) and stay up all day until say about 11 pm or 12 midnight!. You should be tired by then because you will have only gotten like 2 - 3 hours of sleep the night before!. Set your alarm for the same time every morning and go to bed at least 8 hours before your alarm!. Even if you don't feel tired, just go to bed anyways!. If you go to bed too late or sleep too late one day it will mess up your sleeping pattern, so you should try to keep it the same every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is some very good advice here about retraining yourself!.
Other points to look at are cutting out stimulants such as coffee, chocolates, anything that is sugary, soft drinks (especially coke), biscuits etc!. You are probably eating while you are up and for sure these have a high sugar content!.
Check the labels of everything you eat for the amount of sugar!. If it is over 6% sugar, don't eat or drink it!.

Also, don't watch anything stimulating on TV, cut out video games etc!. If you are playing games on the computer, of course you will not want to sleep - the brain is all fired up!.

I have the same problem!.

Try eating a little snack before you go to bed and keep your house a little bit warmer because you can always sleep in lighter pajamas but a warmer temp!. creates a more comfortable area to sleep in because your body was kept warm for nine months so that's when it feels most comfortable!.

if that doesn;t work, try talking to a doctor, it may be a condition but, those things help me when I can't sleep!.

i have the exact same problem! i've tried staying up all day to be tired at night!. but it never works!. i have tried several things!. one thing that works really well is setting ur alarm for like 10 am and then get up even if ur tired!. then try setting it for earlier every morning until u get up when u want!. also try to avoid distractions like i am so bad at! for example, dont go online or watch tv when it's late!. try reading or listening to calming music until u feel sleepy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm with you!. I'm going to bed at 2!.00 am usually, but that's waaaay too late for me!. Here it's 1!.00 am already, so here we go again!. I got used to it, because I used to study late and now it's summer so I should re-adjust!. Lets break the viscious cycle!!!

You can try going to bed at 5am and waking up around 7am!. Stay awake the entire day and by around 9pm you should be able to pass right out!.

I used to have this problem as well, actually I still do but I don't mind it too much!.

a couple of hours before you want to go to sleep lay in your bed and watch TV!. at the commercials close your eyes when the show comes back on open them, you will eventually fall asleep but make sure you set the sleep on your TVWww@Answer-Health@Com

I take over the counter sleeping aids!. I work at night, so I have trouble sleeping too!. Most aids say "non habit forming"!. If that doesn't work, visit a doctor!. Also, no caffefine before bed!Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise daily in the morning and dont sleep in the afternoon if u could sleep at night still drink a hot milk or take a warm shower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

force ur self to lay in bed, sleepiny piles, do many activites during the day so u get wore out, talk to ur doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do more then sit 'round all day watchin tv or playin video games if u lift weights shoot some hoops or even jog down to ur mail box ull burn calories and lose weight!. try it out!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sleep early around 10 or 11 PM
Shut down TV and comp!. before 9 PM,
At the night make one glass of lemon water and drink it when ur alarm rings
