Why do we get rining noise in our ear (head)?!
Question: Why do we get rining noise in our ear (head)!?
Last night i woke up and could not get back to sleep as i had rining in my ear, i get this often like most people but it lasted longer the usall this time!. What is the cause/reason we get this noise, is it in the ear or the head!? ( And no the phone was not rining)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started hearing ringing in my ears after I got into an auto accident, I then used a product from the health food store that was labeled something like "stop ringing" with a picture of an ear on it!. It helped a lot!. However, I now noticed that when I eat salty foods, especially close to bed time I get the constant ringing as if pressure is building up in my head, so I avoid salty foods such as luncheon meats, canned soups, etc!. and I sleep much better without ringing sounds!. Also, I avoid activities that will shake my body up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
mite b hearing loss!. i had the same problems in my rite ear, and now ive got sum hearing loss!. due to a hole in the ear drum!.

it oculd be you losing your hearing!. when you lose hearing cells for hearing then you hear a ringing in your ears especially after something loud had just occured!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
