No, don't put salt in a wound!. Clean it good, with soap and warm water!. Boil out with hydrogen peroxide!. Put Antibiotic cream on it with a Q-tip!. Place a good band-aid on it!. Change and doctor every day until healed over!. If it starts running with infection, go to a doctor right away!. Don't let it stay infected, or it could turn into Cellulitis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
