Headaches help?!
Question: Headaches help!?
I get headaches sometimes that make my eyes hurt, like if I rub my eyes they actually feel a little tender, and then above my eyes on either side of my nose it feels better if I rub those areas!. Would that be classified as a sinus headache or something else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

have someone or yourself gently rub your head with there fingers!. there is also something called a netty pot not sure how to spell but it clears your sinesus out but sleep is usualy the best helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
actually it seems like a tension headache, I take aleve and excedrin tension headache, also cold or hot on the back of your neck really helps there are two veins that run from the back of your neck up the back of your head to the forehead so if you apply cold or hot to there it really helps, or you can have someone rub it as well, also caffeine helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be a Sinus maybe caused by Pollen if so you need some Tablets for same from the Chemist It could also be Migrain which is really painfull, do you get flashing lights before your Eyes sometimes!? if so that is Migrain and you need Migraleve tablets, you can also get these from the Chemist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Allergies can also cause headaches!. Do you have them!?
Migranes can cause eye pain, and if you put pressure to a vein it can help relieve them, somewhat-yet migranes are extreme!. A sinus headache can be also painful!. You may want to read up on hayfever and allergies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it does sound like a sinus headache, you could have sinus problems i would go to your doctor and get it checked out because you can get such things like nasal sprays and numerous other things to sort out your sinus'sWww@Answer-Health@Com
I get those too, when i work out or for anything, but the best thing to take is Advil!. It works so well, literally, if you take it within the hour your good!. hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
