ok my stomach and back have been hurtin abd and so has my chest and when i pooped earlier it was a little black like grayish do i have internal bleeding and im 13Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should go to a hospital tell you parents seriously!.!. i have a friend who has bowel movements it came out black could be an ulcer in your intestines!.!.!.dont wait to make doctor app get to the hospital also if you are bleeding internally it would show through urine not a bowel movement im pretty sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you need to do is go to the doctor as soon as possible !.!.!.that way they can do a hemocult ( test for blood in yout stool)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
