Question: Why only two holes for my knee meniscectomy!?
I recently had a meniscotomy on my left knee and there are only two holes!. I thought three were necessary!. Had both done in the mid-nineties and each knee had three holes!. Something new!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some docs do it differently!.!.!.SOme use 3 and some use 2!. One hole is for the camera for us to see inside the knee!. Then there is a new contraption where we can pump water into the knee and at the same time push a tool through the same hole and do the menisectomy!. Some docs prefer to have 3 ports is all!.
