set up a time that you will always go to bed every night!. (or atleast try)!. Say, 12am!. An hour before that (11pm) only read or listen to calming music!. Don't watch tv or hang out on the computer!. When 12 rolls around, turn off lights, music, whatever and try to go to bed!. Your body should start getting used to going to bed around that time and not doing anything for an hour before should calm your body down!. If you still have trouble falling asleep no caffeine after 5pm might help!. If you still can't fall asleep you should probably see a doctor about insomnia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Grab a cast iron (or any other strong, thick metal) frying pan, and hit yourself really hard in the head, you will be out in no time!!!

Seriously, I couldn't sleep very well for a while (about three months or so)!. I would read untill I fell asleep, or moreso untill I couldn't hold my eyes open anymore!. Don't go to a doctor, they will claim something that costs a lot to treat is wrong with you!. Pills are not necesary, just make yourself tired, you could work really hard or something, whatever works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

But seriously, though!. Pray, meditate, center, depending on your preferences!. It helps your brain process the events of the day, so you can peacefully sleep!.

If, after that, you aren't sleepy!.!.!. don't sleep! Perhaps your body is simply still rested enough to keep running!. Clean up (if it won't disturb anyone), read a book, write a letter to your crazy Aunt Mildred (it might get you into her will)!.
