Why is my bruise several different colors?!
Question: Why is my bruise several different colors!?
I was on a jet ski last weekend and somehow managed to get my leg stuck between the jet ski and the dock!. It bruised within a minute, and although it has been a little stiff to walk on, it is truly painful to the touch!. Now, for the past two days (just 3 days after the injury), the outside for the bruise is black and blue, but the inside is yellow!. It is also swollen and hard (I'm assuming from the swelling)!. Bruises can be different colors depending on the stage of healing!. You usually see a yellowish color as the bruised area is healing!. It is probably swollen and hard just from the trauma to the tissue but if it continues to be painful it wouldn't hurt to have it checked out!. Since its been over 24 hours since the injury you could try using some moist heat to the area to help ease the pain!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it's normal, once the bruise is getting better, the color chages!.!.!.instead with dark purple color (1st day), it will turn out to yellowish on the outer area then light purple and it will just fades away in few days!.!.!.
