I'm having spells of blackness and dizzyness? please help?!
Question: I'm having spells of blackness and dizzyness!? please help!?
the other day i was just sitting on my bed on my lap top and then i got up to go get something to eat!. suddenly everything went black and i couldn't see but i was still standing and then i felt really dizzy and light headed!. i sat down right afterwards and the blackness cleared up then i got up to get some food!. This has been happening a while and i always felt weak when it happened, but the other day it happened a few times and once when i stood up everythign went black and i could feel my muscles give in and i almost passed out, however i snapped out of it!. any ideas what's causing this!? is it anything seirous!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a number of things, and you should have your doctor check you!. It could be low blood sugar, low blood pressure, or dehydration, just to name a few!. Be sure you eat regularly and drink lots of water!. If you take blood pressure medicine, your doctor may need to reduce the amount you take!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
try drinking a lot of water, also stand up slowly so all the blood doesnt rush to your head!. make sure you're taking vitamins!. if it doesn't help, ask your doctor for a blood test to see if you are lacking iron or any other essentialsWww@Answer-Health@Com
don't worry!. it's just low blood pressure!. very common!. when you stand up take a bit more time to do it so the body has time to send the blood up to the brainWww@Answer-Health@Com

you could have vertigo!. Very common but do drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
