How to ease reaaaallly sore muscles?!


Question: How to ease reaaaallly sore muscles!?
Last Monday (it is now Wednesday) I had an intenstive fitness program at Gymnastics!.!. it was seriously crazy!! 3 1/2 hrs of 100% exercise!.!. anyway I am still reeling from the pain! When i lie down its painfuil to get up, I can't hold too much weight on my arms and I have to hunch over - I have regular training on Friday and a COMP on Saturday! If I dont do well on this comp I dont make it to the Gymnastics WORLDS Qualifiers :( My coach is a !.!.!. bit- Nasty Person! and told me to toughen up and get fitter!.!.

DOES NEYBODY NO WHAT I CAN DO!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
sit in a bathtub filled with hot water, add a lot of Epsom salts!.It helps!.Can you ask anyone to give you a massage!?Could you go to a sauna/steam room!?
Drink lot of water, and take ibuprofen:if its BAD pain, take 2 ibuprofen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Icy Hot or Ben Gay!.!.!. both will help ease the tension and pain!.

You might also try some Alieve or ibuprofen!.

it happens to all people on their first days of exercising it's normal !.!.!.

all you have to do is fill the bath tub with steaming hot water and bathe in it !.!.
