Question: How to heal a pinched nerve in the shoulder/back!?!?!?
i have a pinched nerve in my back and shoulder blade area!. it hurts really bad and its to the point where it feels like a constant sunburn!. its hard to wear tank tops or anything that touches that area tightly!. i dont have health insurance so that is mostly out of the question!. i know if i HAVE to go somewhere i will!. but i did try yoga and that helped for a day!. but i havent gone back!. the yoga instructor is a friend and i hate to take up all her time with my problem!. but its definitely takes a one on one yoga class to help my back!. i have heard ibuprofen and ice will help but it hasnt yet!. i am a dental assistant and 2 days a week i assist the dentist, the other 3 i work at my desk!. so either way im straining my back!. i get tingling, and warmth, and now the burn pain!. does anyone know what to do to help with this!!? its driving me crazy! thanks so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once you have some money together, a visit to the chiropractor will really help!. For now, I will suggest an exercise that I usually prescribe for people with that problem!. Lean forward and have the affected arm hanging in front of you like a pendulum!. Then swing it in a circular direction, clockwise for the right, counter-clockwise for the left, allowing gravity to keep momentum!. Do this for at least 3 minutes, three times a day!. Hopefully this should loosen things up for you!. A pinched nerve is due to a subluxation, and only a chiropractor can correct subluxations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
go to the chiropractor, get a massage, try advil/alleve, swim, do yoga, and see a doctor if the pain persists!. doctors like cash paying patients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
