Answers:
you should be fine to go to sleep!.
You'd probably realize by now if you had bleeding of the brain!. She didn't want you to go to sleep in case your brain swelled from bleeding!.!.!.but if you feel okay, then you're fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would only possibly go into a coma if you had a bad concussion and it doesn't sound like it was, so you can almost certainly go to sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

That thing about not going to sleep, its not true!. Doctors have said there is no proof that it could happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When someone has a head trauma, they need to be watched for the first 24 hours!.!.!. You can go to sleep, but someone needs to wake you every 2 to 3 hours and ask some simple questions to make sure you are making sense!.

You should be fine!.!.!. Symptoms of a serious head injury include:

Get medical help immediately if the person:

* Becomes unusually drowsy
* Develops a severe headache or stiff neck
* Vomits more than once
* Loses consciousness (even if brief)
* Behaves abnormally

Over-the-counter pain medicine (like acetaminophen or ibuprofen) may be used for a mild headache!. DO NOT take aspirin, because it can increase the risk of bleeding!.

You should feel fine tomorrow!.

Good luck,
