Well, thats just your body rebuilding itself!. The muscle soreness usually goes away in 1-2 days!. Then after a few weeks of lifting you may not feel sore at all but still be getting a great workout!.

I recommend just ice whatever hurts, also advil helps!. Or even a warm bath!. I know it hurts now but believe me, it will be worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you can take some ibuprofen to reduce muscle inflammation (take it on a full stomach though)!.

Drink a lot of water to keep your body nice and lubricated!.

Do as much stretching (gentle) as you can stand, and if you can stand it then go for a walk!.!.!.!. the more blood circulation, the better!. But listen to your body!.!.!. don't push it!

Gently massage the muscle groups!.

Get lots of sleep because a rested body heals better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
