Question: WhAT WRONG WITH ME !?!?!?!?
recently my heart beat have quite strange !.!.!.it a weird sensation as if i got a fright or something it not painful but and quite mild !.!.it happen when i go up the stairs or just like that !.!.and last for few min !.!.!.i do smoke and drink but not everyday and i am only 25!.!.!.!.!.i really worries me !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could be having anxiety attacks or have a heart arrhythmia!. your probley fine but have a EKG on your next doctor visit!. there not expensive but give a read out of your heart rhythms that could indicate if there is a possible concern!. Otherwise relax and put down the smoke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like palpitations!. Everyone will become aware of their heartbeat every now and then, especially after resting and then suddenly getting up and racing up the stairs! In the majority of cases palpitations can be safely ignored as they are caused by anxiety, tobacco smoking and high caffeine intake!. However do not guess! I recommend seeing your Doctor as there could be some other underlying medical cause and delaying seeing your Doctor will only increase anxiety and thus leading to more palpitations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
