I keep randomly getting these really sharp pains in my lower back more to the left side!.!.!.!. and when i get a pain its to the point that i can not even move i just stand there and cry!.!.!.!.!. i have never felt a pain like this!.!.!.!. i am 18 years old!.!. and on my period if that helps any!.!.!. but i really dont think it is my period that is doing this!.!.!.
Also i got the pain 2 times last night before bed and already 2 times here at work!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

seriously go talk to your doctor, could be a minor problem, maybe your overowkring your back, or it could be stress, stress causes pain by chemical inbalance in the body!. also it could be anxiety!. anxiety causes pain for same reason, your body actually "thinks" you are in pain, keep your mind off of the back problem i bet you'll feel less pain!. after work make an appointment with your doctor just to make sure nutin is wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be kidney infection!. I had this happened to me, it would happen just as I would take a deep breath!. It hurt so bad that it would take my breath away!. Go to the doctor because either way you need to get checked!. Good Luck , Hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well i have the same pain sometimes but only when i come back from FB practice!. when we touch our toes to stretch then when i stand back staright up it hurts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would suggest you see you doctor it may be spasms they are very painful and will render you useless till they pass so get it checked out!.
