Question: The base of my head (in the back) is tender to the touch and has been for a week!? WTF!?
I've had a migraine for the past two days!. The tenderness that I've described started a week ago!. It feels like a bruise!. I can see lasting a few days if I had hit my head, but it's been a week!. Has anyone else ever experienced this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes but I have good reason!. I have cervical stenosis on two levels!.This is where the discs in the neck have been compressed and inpinge on the central nervous system!.You may need an MRI if it doesn't clear up!. In the meantime you should lay down with a pillow behind your neck and try to stretch your neck out a little, just in case this is it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
