Question: Im 17 and i just had arthroscopy surgery on knees!?
its been 3 weeks and my knees still feel tight, and i can only bend them about 135 degrees, its kind of close to all the way, but not really!. i need help, when can i go back to playing hockey and running and being a normal teenager again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

135 degrees is VERY VERY GOOD for just having surgery 3 weeks ago!.!.!.
i too had surgery on my knee 3 weeks ago and i am at 110 degrees on my own and 115 being pushed by the therapist and she say that it is further then it should be for the surgery that i had!.!.!.
u should be very pleased with ur progress!.!.!. it takes time for ur body to heal after surgery!.!.!. u will be back to playing hockey and such in no time(although it may feel like forever now)
give ur self time and dont push too hard or u may wind up reinjuring ur knee again!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
