no clue!.!.!. but eat some chocolate!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

aquatropicx - just use warm water (anywhere from a cup (8 oz) to a quart (32 oz)), a CLEAN hot water bottle and a nozzle!. Put a little lubricant on the nozzle and insert into the anus and let the water slowly drain into the colon!.

If you are constipated, a quick and easy solution would be to drink a cup (8 oz) of 100% pure prune juice BEFORE you go to bed!. You will have bowel movement within 24 hours!. To avoid constipation in the future, just drink 2 to 4 ounces of prune juice every day!.

Hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend instead drinking prune juice or eating prunes, and lots of water!. There are also some very inexpensive, over the counter suppositories available for this purpose!. An enema should be a last resort, as this also washes out all the "good" bacteria in your bowels as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A few of these answers are flat out horrible!. Shampoo!? Give me a break!.

Dietary fiber and water solves constipation problems!. I drink orange juice with dietary fiber first thing in the morning!. This keeps people regular and prevents issues with consipation!.

Colon cleaners, laxitives, etc!. are not necessary!. Dietary fiber, food with fiber such as fruits, and proper water intake take care of any problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're talking what formula - the classic is soapy water but I prefer mixed water/glycerin as it doesn't "cramp" so much!.
You have to use the right equipment though - if you can't get it at a pharmacy try online (like optimal health network)Www@Answer-Health@Com

What part do you want to be "homemade" - the apparatus!?

If so, I'm thinking maybe a soda straw and a cooperative friend might work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know but if your constipated try drinking some magnesium citrateWww@Answer-Health@Com

very small amount of baby shampoo and waterWww@Answer-Health@Com
