Do you still get adequate vitamin D if you use sunscreen?!

Question: Do you still get adequate vitamin D if you use sunscreen!?
Answers:
No!. If you're using a quality sunscreen, you're blocking both UVA and UVB rays, which give you vitamin d (sorry, not sure which one does)!.
It's healthy to go out in the sun for about 10-15 minutes each day without sunscreen to absorb vitamin D!.
Also, if you're in a northern location (pretty much everything from California, up) you need supplementation of vitamin d!. People in northern locations don't get enough vitamin d, especially during the winter months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on who you ask!. My mother is a Nurse Practitioner and says that going without sunscreen every so often is good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
