Question: Can u still feel tired couple days after donating blood!?
i donated blood on sunday and ate jus normal foods i eat!.!.!.i dont eat meat dat often jus ate veggies since sunday and drank more water den usual and it was monday yesterday and today that im feeling real tired and im not even doing anything jus sitting at home!. On sunday i was fine!.!.!.kind of energetic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
