They are both Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride!. So is Benadryl!. Reg Strength is 25mg Extra Strength is 50mg!. For the same dose size they should work the same, as they are the same drug!. I'd get the generic as its way cheaper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
