cervical spondolysis!. the muscles between your neck bones have contracted and the cushioning is reduced, bones are touching each other and hance the clicking sounds and neck pain!. Contact an orthopedic doctor without any further delay, u are in for serious trouble if u dont consult a specialist at your earliest,!.
I have the same problem thats why i can tell u about thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

an orthopedic doctor who has access to your xrays would be able to answer that for you!. also if you go to a chiropractor make sure they are a holistic health one, and usually the ones certified to handle state disabilty cases arent total quacks

I doubt you will get an accurate diagnosis from this site, maybe you can also try using a medical site- ask professionals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it happens when you move or tilt your neck it could just be your joints/bones cracking and popping!. If you're really worried, see a doctor for an X-ray, and go to a chiropractor!. But, they're just going to pop your bones anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you go to a doctor or a massage therapist they can adjust that for u!. I had the same problem and it was something not being perfectly alignedWww@Answer-Health@Com
