Can you remove a dimple that was created by an injury?!

Question: Can you remove a dimple that was created by an injury!?
My daughter had a minor injury at day care last summer!. She fell and hit her cheek on the corner of a bookshelf!. (No foul play involved, she really just tripped) She had a small bruise right in the middle of her cheek!. After a few days the bruise faded and a new dimple appeared!. She already had a dimple on each cheek when she smiled and now she has two on one side!. It's awfully cute for a 7 yr old, but I'm wondering about when she gets older!. Is it possible to have it "corrected" if she is ever bothered by it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You're daughter is still very young, and the dimples will most likely disappear over time!. However, if she is truly bothered by it, she can have an intense pulse light (IPL) treatment, or chemical peel (though it is something I would not recommend as it is very harsh for the skin), some creams and lotions with aloe vera may also help, finally there's a clear film (it's like a 3mm clear gelatin patch) that can be apply to scars and help with any scaring!. That being said, I strongly recommend she lives with it as most effective treatments are very harsh for the skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
