Can we be under stress and not know it?!


Question: Can we be under stress and not know it!?
As if we are denying it in our head but our body is showing symptoms of it!. I don't cry and I am not sad and try to be strong but really feel like I need to yawn really hard or something!. Like need to release something!. My hair is falling out and my shoulders are tight and have headaches!. What does stress do to you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Memories are stored in at least 2 major structures in the brain!. The hippocampus stores our conscious memories!. We are aware of them on a conscious level!.

Some memories (especially traumatic memories) are stored in the amygdala!. We can't consciously access these, but they can provide feedback by altering our blood pressure, heart rate, and hormone levels etc!. If something is setting off those memories you can have symptoms but not be aware of what memory is being set off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure if not knowing it is the right way to put it, but i get what you mean!. We can definitely be under stress, or at least a lot more stress than we think, and not realize it!. Hair falling out, headaches, and tension are all absolutely possible affects of stress!. From what you're describing, I might recommend trying a psychologist, or at least talking to someone if you're uncomfortable with professional help!. Get it out some way, though!. Yes, yes and yes! I was told I was under stress, but I replied 'Umm not that I am aware of!?' Then last year I left looking after my Mother in the family home and moved into a nice flat of my own!. Up to then I had been looking after Mother 24/7 for 16 years!. Now, well I leave home, arrive at my flat, open the door, walk in, take a big sigh and am over come with relaxation!. It is not that we are denying it, but it is just that we accept a given situation without realizing how much that given situation is doing to us!. What it did to me, well certainly sleep was hit and miss, let alone many years of disturbed sleep, hear a noise and wake up wondering if Mother is all right!? Then change of diet as the age gap is some 20+ years so I enjoy a nice juicy steak that I have but one a year, so anemia sets in as Mother at her age hates steak, cannot chew it, eats nothing but chicken!. The list is endless, but it is NOT until you walk away, do you suddenly realize how much stress you are under!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes you can show signs off stress and not even know your under stress!. for example: some people can gain weight, and maybe some can lose hair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
