Why did my doctor ask me this?!
Question: Why did my doctor ask me this!?
Now, if you've seen my previous questions, I've been waking up to sore fingers and toes!. And locking figers!. I'm 19, and so this is not normal, at any rate!. I went to the doctor, and she ordered some blood work and what not, but also, she aksed me if I've been having in shortness in breath or chest pains!? I like to learn, so I'm just curious as to why, of course, the answer was no!.
On another note!. My hands are sore now, before I've gone to bed, and they are splotchy and discolored, first time this has happened!. Why!? Thanks for your input!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

We doctors have to get a full medical history in order to find out what may be wrong!. Then the problems can be: vascular, infection, trauma, auto-immune, metabolic, iatrogenic, neoplastic or congenital!. So your doctor is trying to rule out causes!. So your doctor already know it isn't trauma (because you are not talking about falling or something similar), and it isn't metabolic (because you are not talking about taking any drug)!. Since it is a recent thing it isn't congenital either and you are a little bit too your for it to be neoplastic (though the blood results will confirm that)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like your dr!. may think you have a circulation problem, which does sound like the place to start!. You could also have an early form of arthritis or low potassium!. Or lots of other stuff, I'm sure! The best thing is to ask your dr, "What are some of the possibilities that are going through your head!? What, exactly, are you looking for with this test!?" It's your body, you have to learn to ask questions for yourself NOW!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Could it be that your doctor suspects Tetanus/Lock-Jaw!?
that usually starts in the extremities and works its way from extremities towards your torso!. If untreated, the paralysis (from the toxins produced by the tetanus bacteria) progresses until it paralyzes your vital functions like breathing (shortness of breath) and heartbeat (chest pains)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your doctor may think that this is due to the low level of blood flow, which is basically the circulation!. my mom has been having the same problem as you lately!. if possible, will you please update this question once you get some results from your doctor so i can star this question and come back to it later!? thanks in advance!. and for you, i wish you the best of luck and hope that it is nothing too serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
