ok, ive always had trouble sleeping, my body sorta wakes up around 10 pm rather than am, so usually i force myself to sleep around 12 am so i can wake up for school the next morning!. but now that its summer, i stopped forcing myself to sleep, and it turns out i dont get tired at all until around 8 in the morning!. yesterday i went to bed at that time (8 am) but had a doctor appointment two hours later!. i figured that i outta get myself back on a regular sleeping schedule so i stayed awake after i got back!. as planned, i was really tired around 10, but then as soon as i got up to move from the couch to my room i totally woke up! now i just cant fall asleep and my whole schedule is practically reversing! please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is a technique for setting your body's schedule to sleep when you want it to, I forget what it's called, btu basically you start at the time your body normally sleeps, then move it 1 hour each day and no matter how awake you are DO NOT get out of bed until the set time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
