i am cramping so bad right now, really really unbearably bad!. would it be a bad i dea to also take a muscle relaxer!.

Don't take the muscle relaxer!. For most people 800 mg of Ibue is not normally life threatening but some will have a bad reaction!.
Most of the time stomach problems from IBUE can be relieved by taking it with a lot of water and food!.
Try to eat something and drink some a bunch of water, slowly!.
If you have other problems other than stomach cramps, like passing blood or feeling flush or if the cramps are really bad and you didn't just write really really for effect, get thee to a doc!. Cramps and stomach upset are common!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
